THE FAREWELL received a 2019 AFI AWARD, recognizing it as culturally and artistically representative of the year’s most significant achievements in the art of the moving image. Star Awkwafina was also one of the guests at AFI’s Indie Contenders Roundtable at the 2019 AFI FEST Presented by Audi.
