When movie sets shut down, Victoria Jorgensen opened up her laptop and made a movie on Zoom.
No kidding.

It’s called St. Petra — a dramedy short about life, death and regret.
Here’s the low-down: Petra is a cigarette-smoking angel working her way up the corporate ladder in heaven.
She’s stuck doing pre-interviews for St. Pete (Gates of Heaven OG Bouncer) as the pandemic has disrupted everything up in the clouds.
Of course if an angel popped up on a Zoom call to interview you for a potential spot in “Eternal Paradise,” you’d no doubt be freaked out.
And the questions!!
Wait, am I dying? Was it COVID? Did I get anybody sick? What about my kids?
Will my husband remarry and find a better spouse and realize I was a fraud?
Will my dog forget me? Did I do good enough? Will I at least make it to purgatory?
(The spiral is real.)
Jorgensen wrote and produced the piece.
She says if there is any good to come out of this world emergency, it’s that people have become a little more introspective.
“You look at what you're trading for money,” Jorgensen said.
And is it worth the sacrifice of the rediscovered joys of nature and family?
Jorgensen went through a personal health crisis and rebalanced her life about four years ago — so seismic shifts in life were not foreign.
She’s already made a major life leap.
About four years ago, she sold her company and home, and moved into a quaint (740 sq. ft.) bungalow in Gulpfort to focus on filmmaking.
And she says she is happy as she can be.
“So a lot of that came from me and my regrets and addressing those, and maybe releasing them,” Jorgensen said. “I just want to work on the best things that make my heart happy at this point.”
