Here's what's showing at Milwaukee-area drive-in movie venues (and the area's sole operating indoor theater) this week.
Reminder: They've all incorporated social-distancing measures and other safety guidelines and, because the drive-ins are outdoors, the weather can play a factor.

Starting Friday: the 1985 adventure classic "The Goonies," followed by the 1997 weather-mayhem hit "Twister." The gates open at 7:30 p.m.; movies start at 9 p.m. Tickets are sold online only, one per car; the ticket's good for both movies. Admission is $31.50 Friday through Sunday, and $26.25 Tuesday and Thursday (no movies Monday and Wednesday). Info and tickets are at marcustheatres.com.
Kapco's Live at the Lot

Highway 18 in Jefferson reopening
The only remaining full-time drive-in in southeast Wisconsin, the Highway 18 Outdoor Theatre in Jefferson, reopens Friday. And it's starting off with almost the platonic ideal of a drive-in double-feature: the kid-friendly "Trolls World Tour" and "The Monster of Phantom Lake," a B-movie horror valentine by indie filmmaker Christopher R. Mihm (the movie premiered at the Highway 18 15 years ago). Social-distancing measures (including more space between cars) will be in place; see the drive-in's website (highway18.com) for details. Tickets are $10, $6 for kids ages 6 to 11, free for children 5 and younger. The double-feature, showing Friday through Sunday, starts at dusk.
Indoor movies at Fox-Bay
Fox-Bay Cinema Grill, 334 E. Silver Spring Drive, Whitefish Bay, is testing the moviegoing waters with a mix of old and new releases. The theater has safety protocols in place, including social-distancing guidelines; tickets are $5. Showing starting Friday at Fox-Bay: "The King of Staten Island," Judd Apatow's semi-autobiographical comedy starring Pete Davidson; "National Lampoon's Animal House"; and two more Harry Potter tales, "The Order of the Phoenix" and "The Half Blood Prince." See the website (foxbaycinemagrill.com) for tickets and showtimes.
Worth noting: "The King of Staten Island" is the first new movie to open in a Milwaukee-area movie theater since March
