The Blue Wahoos have postponed the movie night scheduled for Saturday evening as Tropical Storm Cristobal is expected to bring inclement weather to the Gulf Coast
The event has been re-scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, June 12, at the stadium. The Universal Pictures animated adventure movie "Abominable" will be screened, followed by a fireworks show.
Tickets to Saturday's originally scheduled movie night will be valid June 12.
Fans who are unable to attend the re-scheduled showing can visit or contact the Blue Wahoos box office (850-934-8444) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for a refund.
About 1,000 people attended the Wahoos' first movie night May 30 for a screening of "Frozen 2."
Movie nights are also scheduled for June 20 and June 27. Gates open at 6 p.m. each night, the movie begins at 7 p.m. and fireworks follow the movie.
Tickets are $5 and $4 for military members and children ages 3-12. Toddlers under 3 are admitted free.
