Movie-goers who miss the experience of heading to theaters have a new option for the summer.
Walmart will turn 160 of its parking lots into drive-in movie theaters to offer contactless film premieres, the company announced Wednesday.
The Tribeca Drive-in team will program the movies, which will run starting in August until October.
“Walmart will roll out this red carpet experience in towns across the country for a combined 320 showings,” reads a company statement.
Besides movies, the family-friendly night will have special appearances from filmmakers and celebrities. Concessions will be delivered to customer vehicles.
Movie-goers will be able to order their drive-in essentials online for curbside pickup on the way to their movie.

Further updates will be available through the program's website.
The initiative takes place as movie theaters across the country are getting ready to reopen with new safety measures. AMC Theaters is set to reopen on July 30th, while Regal Cinemas announced its reopening date for July 31st.
